Key Role:
Establish and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) in accordance with client requirements. Use the IMS to verify the attainability of task order objectives, evaluate progress towards meeting program objectives, and integrate the program schedule activities with all related components. Produce, review, evaluate, and analyze the client IMS for all PMOs. Depict task order milestones, accomplishments, and discrete tasks or activities from task order award to completion of a task order and other required fields for all programs, projects, and initiatives under the executive management of the IMS and Development Summary Schedule. Support required meetings and forums, including agendas, slides, handouts, minutes, action item, and artifacts to provide the stakeholders with increased visibility of planned dates and a forum that ensures scheduling risks and issues are efficiently communicated and effectively mitigated. Provide project-level and program-level scheduling support. Attend project and program level meetings, including milestone meetings and the client's Integrated Configuration Control Board (ICCB) to capture pertinent information for the IMS. This position may be available for remote delivery.
Basic Qualifications:
-1+ years of experience in a professional work environment
-Knowledge of scheduling principles
-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-BA or BS degree
Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with the DoD
-Secret clearance
