Schedule Analyst, Senior

Key Role:

Provide comprehensive schedule analysis on an Air Force weapon. Build and maintain a complex Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for the weapon system program, including research and development, acquisition, test and evaluation, and fielding. Provide expert advice on schedule issues, analyze critical paths, perform schedule risk analyses (SRA), and recommend risk mitigation actions. Work independently and interact effectively with multiple program stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience with supporting DoD weapon system acquisition programs

-5+ years of experience with Microsoft Project version 2010 or later

-5 years of experience with building complex schedules for projects requiring linked dependencies and analysis of critical paths

-Experience with developing resource-loaded schedules

-Knowledge of Earned Value and Earned Schedule concepts

-Knowledge of Polaris software or comparable Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA) tools

-Ability to interact with all project stakeholders effectively

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-AA or AS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with Kidasa Milestones Pro or One-Pager Pro

-Experience with Steelray Project Analyzer

-Experience with OPDEC Critical Path

-Experience with WBS Schedule Pro

-Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree preferred

-Microsoft Project Belt Certification

-Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

-Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) Certification
