The seekers team operates in a relaxed self-directed mode of operation where individuals are expected to work in small teams to solve challenging problems.  Current needs include antennas, RF front ends, and algorithms that can enable high speed strike missions to include target acquisition and providing terminal guidance information.  The team is also developing software defined RF Front Ends that provide multifunction radio capabilities for future weapons systems.  Candidates that have the skills and experience to support these missions are needed.

Preferred candidates will have experience with HFSS, CREATE-RF or other RF simulation tools.  Alternatively, candidates that have experience in programming FPGAs to produce RF transmit and receive devices are preferred.   Prior experience in RF seeker related algorithms such as Kalman filtering, beam sharpening, SAR image formation, etc. is desired.  To excel in this role, you will have prior experience with military radar systems.  Candidates with related and transferable skills will be considered.
