The Systems Engineering team at Northrop Grumman Mission Systems (NGMS) is looking for you to join our team as an RFEngineer - Engineer Systemsbased out of Aurora, Colorado.
We are seeking a hardware/integration engineer with communications and RF experience to work in our Aurora, CO office. This role will support Engineering Change Proposals and related follow-on proposals, work program action items, develop and review system engineering delivery artifacts, and participate in system engineering reviews. The selected candidate will be responsible for technical documentation creation/review. The candidate should be able to operate independently with little oversight in a dynamic environment and handle diverse assignments with efficiency, supporting unique solutions and working in a very collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline and 2 years of related experience; 0 years of related experience with a Masters degree;
  • Active Top Secret/SCI clearance; must be willing to submit to and able to pass a Counter Intelligence polygraph
  • Ability to travel OCONUS

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding of Link budget Analysis
  • Understating of Direct Carrier Modulation (PSK) and USB Modulation Schemes
  • Understanding of Forward Error Correction (FEC) Schemes
  • Antenna experience
