The Parsons team has comprehensive expertise that spans the intelligence community, federal/state agencies, the Department of Defense, and commercial enterprises. Parsons is bidding on a project to support ARCYBER, an enterprise-wide cyber security engineering services contract designed to support the ARMY component of USCYBERCOM. This critical program will provide the staff resources and key technical capability to enable the ARMY to direct and conduct integrated Electronic Warfare (EW), Information Operations (IO), and Cyberspace Operations. Join our team and enhance our staff of Cyber WarriorsWhat Are We Looking For? There are several key positions that we are looking to hire against, shown here below:Intelligence Operations SupportProvide a full range of intelligence support capabilities that improve the full spectrum of global operations in the cyberspace domain and assist the organization in collecting, analyzing, and disseminating actionable information through the development of various intelligence reports and products.Intelligence Analysis and Control ElementSupport the ACE in developing forward-leaning intelligence products that enable rapid decision-making and drive operational planning to deliver timely effects in support of command priorities. The team member will provide all-source analysis and production support to full spectrum cyberspace operations, and provide quality control and quality assurance for products. The team member must also possess a working knowledge of the National, Tactical, Strategic, and Joint Intelligence Community Collection Management system and its capabilities and limitations.Intelligence Targeting SupportProvide intelligence targeting support to cyberspace operations, including contingency operations and exercises. Team member will develop and produce intelligence, meaningful conclusions and concise estimates of target activities and areas of interest to include Target Systems Analysis reporting and Electronic Target Folder development.Joint Intelligence Support ElementProvide intelligence support for Joint operations and exercises, including security cooperation events, and provide production, analysis, and dissemination for joint forces (i.e. COCOMS). The team member shall possess and demonstrate a working knowledge of the cyberspace environment and the significance of regional conditions and trends in support of day to day intelligence/analytic operations.Single Source Collections & AnalysisProvide OSINT and/or SIGINT collection, analysis, production, and dissemination of publicly available information to enable situational understanding of cyberspace threats to networks and equitiesDCO Incident ManagementSupport 24x7x365 incident management operations to protect, detect, analyze, and mitigate threats. The team member shall maintain cyberspace situational awareness on potential or confirmed incidents/security issues and coordinate with appropriate incident handlers on incident status or issues as required.DCO Attack Sensing and WarningTeam member shall provide detection, correlation, identification, and characterization of intentional unauthorized activity and coordinate information on detected events with required teams to ensure timely response is executed.DCO Cyber Response TeamTeam member shall to develop mitigations in response to cyber threats by tracking, reviewing, identifying, and submitting pre-approved actions, develop assessments and COA’s to enhance defensive posture, and conduct vulnerability testsDCO Forensic Malware and AnalysisProvide digital media and network forensics using a variety of methods to detect and identify anomalous and/or malicious software, and inform and improve defensive cyber capabilities and Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTPs).DODIN Operations SupportAssist in planning, coordinating, synchronizing, and directing the 24x7 DODIN Operations by architecting, building, configuring, securing, operating, maintaining, and sustaining networks and information. The team member will support mission assurance efforts, to include the assessment and implementation of cybersecurity policies, programs, audits, accreditations, risk management, and maintenance of a cybersecurity scorecard.Information Operations

Support the development and integration of Information Operations (IO), Electronic Warfare (EW), Space, and Special Technical Operations (STO) into cyberspace mission, strategy, plans, and operations. This support includes compiling and reporting data that measures IO programs and activities; employing database marketing and management; and conducting quantitative and statistical studies for the evaluation of potential target audiences.

What Are The Basic Qualifications?

1. Must possess a Bachelors of Science/Arts Degree in Engineering or Computer Science.

2. Must possess a minimum of 5 years of specialized cyber security/intelligence/operations experience.

3. Must possess a current, active, TS/SCI w/ CI Polyand maintain this clearance level.

4. Must possess/obtain a current U.S. Passport and be willing and able to travel to CONUS/OCONUSlocations as required.

5. Must be able to support occasional overnight and weekend hours as needed.

6. Must have experience in working with government customers.

7. Must be a self-starter with the ability to provide vision to the entire team.

8. Must possess ITIL, DOD 8570.01-M, IA workforce certification: IAM-III required.

9. Must be a U.S. Citizen.
