Quality Analyst 2

Northrop Grumman Technology Services is looking for a Quality Analyst 2 to be a part of the Mission Assurance Team in Warner Robins, GAcontributing to the Maintenance and Modernization Operating Unit.
Responsibilities include:
  • Ensure project and process control documentation are compliant with requirements, objectives and/or contract.
  • Ensure performance and quality products conform to established company and regulatory standards.
  • Reviews, analyzes and reports on quality discrepancies related to assembly, process, mechanical, electrical and electro-mechanical systems.
  • Investigates problems and develops disposition and corrective actions for recurring discrepancies.
  • Recommends corrective actions, dispositions and modifications.
  • Conducts reviews, inspection, testing, verification and validation on processes and products.
  • Audit/monitor compliance to requirements, such as, controlled clean room environment, electrostatic discharge control program, optics handling; personal protective equipment, etc.
  • Inspect procured electronic components and assemblies for damage/defects and for compliance to established customer and NG requirements.Review associated incoming documentation to verify traceability and purchase order requirements are met.
  • Review and analyze corrective action reports and purchase orders in an effort to reduce and eliminate defects.
  • Interface with supporting organizations (i.e. Supplier Quality Assurance, Engineering, Global Supply Chain, Contracts, Finance, Material Management, etc.) to address program issues/concerns and to ensure requirements are met.
  • Completion of J-STD-001 course and successfully passing of associatedexam
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of3 years of relevant work experience
  • Demonstrated Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills
  • Demonstrated ability to present information to a variety of stakeholders and to package (arrange/assemble) data in a manner consistent with the target audience
  • Possess coordination, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • ISO 9001/AS9100 exposure
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance
  • US Citizenship required

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Active Secret clearance preferred
  • Experience with TeamCenter Maintenance Repair Overhaul (MRO) system
  • Experience with Supplier Quality
  • Familiarity with inspection/testing of electro-mechanical components/systems
  • Familiarity with controlled clean room environments
  • Knowledge and experience in the use of SAP MRP system Quality Module a plus
  • Current IPC J-STD-001 and/or IPC-A-610 certification
