Contract will cover EUCOM Area of Responsibility with primary locations in Poland and Ukraine (some travel may be required to various sites located throughout the AOR)

CWU is seeking a Property Management Specialist to take on the responsibility for proper utilization, safeguarding and accountability of all Government property provided for contractor use.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and cultivate the process, systems, procedures, records and methodologies necessary for effective control of Government property consistent with Army and industry practices and standards.
  • Account for all Government property to include clothing and, OCIE and office equipment furnished to the vendor on the task order.
  • Ensure that controls are effectively in place to prevent fraud, waste, abuse and mismanagement.
  • Maintain hand receipt accounts.

Minimum Required Skills/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Knowledgeable of Property accountability, inventory management, record keeping, clothing management, command supply discipline, hand receipt procedures, turn in procedures and management controls.
  • Knowledgeable of Organizational Clothing and individual Equipment (OCIE).
  • Life Cycle Management, Automated supply system, Accounting, Contract Property Management Systems
  • Must hold and ACTIVE Secret Clearance
  • Recruiting experience would be highly desired but not required
