Project Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a Project Integrator to gather, analyze, and compose technical information.  As a Project Integrator, you will conduct research, ensure the use of proper technical terminology, translate technical information into clear, readable documents, and create presentations to be utilized by technical and non-technical personnel.

Your responsibilities will include the following:

  • Working closely with the engineering staff and management team to ensure priorities, deadlines, and actions are met
  • Coordinating management, identification, and tracking of program requirements, while collaborating with the team, customers, and service providers to meet the customer’s mission needs
  • Assisting engineers with assessing, documenting, and tracking new program requirements, as well as with follow-on from technical exchange meetings
  • Preparing weekly engineering and Branch level meeting agendas, coordinating meetings, gathering meeting minutes, and tracking tasks, action items, and deadlines, while ensuring expectations are properly met
  • Assisting with the collection and reporting of metric reporting requirements for decision making
  • Supporting the management team with resource leveling planning and analysis
  • Supporting preparation and scheduling of gate reviews, briefings, and presentations
  • Coordinating project schedules, meeting participation, documentation and distribution of minutes and action items, and tracking action items for successful completion
  • Assisting in preparation of management plans and reports
  • Supporting tasks requiring the collection, compiling, evaluating, and publishing of information and statistical data in docs, records, forms, reports, plans, policies, and regulations
  • Maintaining correspondence suspense files, records, files for reports, operating procedures, internal memorandums, and composing correspondence
  • Providing technical writing and technical editing of documents that include integration of various sources into a cohesive product, which may be delivered as presentation material
  • Editing functional descriptions, systems specifications, user’s manuals, special reports, or any other customer deliverables and documents
  • Tracking and maintaining procurement orders and renewal of annual activities
  • Maintaining documents and files in SharePoint

You will bring the following experience:

  • Knowledge of computer concepts, such as hardware and software, including applications and programming
  • Use of SharePoint for tracking activities and documenting storage and sharing
  • Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, human resources modeling, resourcing allocation, and coordination of people and resources
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing services, customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including active listening, active learning, reading comprehension, etc.
  • General knowledge of economic and accounting principles to assist in budget preparation and tracking

You will have one of the following:

 Candidate must have one of the following:

  • 12 Years of job related experience and High School/GED diploma
  • 10 Years of job related experience and Associate’s degree
  • 8 Years of job related experience and Bachelor’s degree
  • 6 Years of job related experience and Master’s degree
  • 4 Years of job related experience and Doctorate

Experience with the following is a plus:

  • Experience administering SharePoint
  • Experience utilizing MS Project
  • Experience with budget tracking and reporting
  • Experience with Talkabout
