Perspecta has an immediate need for an Sr. Technology Analyst, located in Quantico, VA.

Job Description
  • Successfully communicate the steps needed to meet the client’s mission with respect to Modernization of Policy and IT Service Management Processes related to the Marine Corps Enterprise Network (MCEN) architecture
  • Working closely with Architects and Network Engineers, assess the inventory of Enterprise level hardware (routers, switches), cyber security appliances, servers, circuits, and software/applications to assess their impact level to modernize the MCEN and affect the planning, programming, budget, and execution process
  • Provide analytics and insights from the MCEN architecture and technical baselines about the current state and visibility of hardware, software, facilities, and circuits for enterprise network modernization
  • Assist government in developing appropriate enterprise service policy documents working with action teams in the development of governance and policy documentation
  • Work with action teams (at the MCCOG) to revised existing USMC ITSM/ITIL process models that matures how the USMC integrates its Change Management , Service Asset Configuration Management (SACM), Release & Deployment, Incident and Problem Management, and establish a Capacity and Availability Process to support the functional technical baseline effort.
  • Model existing and new ITSM/ITIL processes as they are approved and work with architects to integrate these into the architecture model and repository.

Qualifications

Qualifications
  • Must have an active DoD Secret Clearance
  • This position requires relevant network experience; experience specific to the Marine Corps Enterprise Network (MCEN) would be preferred
  • Ability to research and derive analytics and insights from integrated data sources
  • Experience with BPMN or other business process modeling methods
  • Must have strong customer service skills, along with a general understanding of related technologies, policy and process development and modeling
  • Lean Six Sigma, and/or Agile certification is desired
  • Experience working in MS Excel, Access and MS Power BI or other BI analytics tools desired
