Responsibilities:

Provide System Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) to identify, oversee development, analyze, evaluate, mature and transition technologies to satisfy emerging requirements and deliver revolutionary capabilities in support of Government objectives.  Define and execute an outreach program to engage with users to identify unsatisfied emerging needs and requirements as well as technology providers for potential innovative capabilities/solutions. Manage diverse teams of technical and administrative experts in conduct of all projects including paper studies and hardware and software development and deliveries. Assist in the execution of project management in compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations. Assist the Government in managing organization and program budget.  Assist the Government managing the acquisition process for

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's with 12 - 15 years of experience or a Master's with 10 - 13 years of experience
  • Recognized expert within the Company, who designs, researches and develops highly advanced applications, which may result in new product/business opportunities for the Company
  • Leads efforts to capture new business through technical work and capability briefings.
  • Strong technical writing and presentation skills
  • TS/SCI with polygraph
