Project Management

Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.

Basic Qualifications:

A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree and3 years of project/program management

experience or1 year with a Master's Degree. Strong interpersonal skills with ability to

achieve consensus on complex topics.

Exceptional written skills and the ability to communicate with various level leadership to include presentation skills. A self-starter with ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment

This position requires having an active DoD Secret clearance having been

reviewed in the past 5 years, the ability to obtain Special Program Access and

the ability to maintain both.

Preferred Qualifications:

Active Special Program Access (SPA) security clearance

Experience in aerospace/manufacturing.

Strong competency in MS Project and Power Point applications

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or general project management

certificate.

Experience in a highly matrix and/or multi-functional organization.
