The Challenge:

Are you searching for a position where you can use your program analysis skills to make a difference? A program requires a significant investment of limited resources across multiple projects. With that level of complexity, you need a skilled program analyst examining how those resources are used and keeping the program on the path to success. That’s why we need you, a program analyst who can ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication.

We have an opportunity for a program analyst to join our Project Management Office (PMO) team as we managing application development projects and operational IT systems used to support a highly visible federal law enforcement program. You will maintain responsibility for requirements management and technical writing. You’ll also work with program leadership to monitor the cost, schedule, and performance of multiple projects, including using Microsoft Office Suite, Project, Visio, and Agile methodology and maintaining daily interactions with program managers, software developers, and end users. You’ll document and track all requirements and ensure system designs meet technical and operational requirements and write or edit project and technical documents, including project plans and charters, system requirements, briefings and presentations, functional descriptions, system specifications, guidelines, special reports, user manuals, network diagrams, computer systems diagrams and other project deliverables to meet contract requirements. Support the compilation of records and report concerning system operations and maintenance. You may also assist with the design, development, testing, implementation, and documentation of new software and enhancements of existing applications and support troubleshooting of system issues. We focus on growing as a team to deliver the best support to our customers, so you’ll have resources for mentoring and learning new skills and tools. This is a chance to directly impact a critical federal law enforcement program by contributing to strategy and helping to eliminate risks across projects.
