Project Integrator

Job Description

We are looking for a Project Integrator who is a self-starter, highly organized, and is comfortable supporting a team of staff members and engineers.  As a Project Integrator, you will demonstrate attention to detail and critical and innovative thinking skills that will improve and streamline the organization’s business practices.

Your responsibilities will include the following: 

  • Providing direct support to Branch Executives and government authorities to include daily organization and review of team calendars, managing team members’ scheduled appointments, and providing daily support to branch, as needed
  • Managing customer’s consultation process to include coordinating engagement meetings and follow-ups
  • Developing project schedules for new initiatives
  • Performing administrative functions, such as email correspondence, records, files for reports, operating procedures, internal memorandums, and composes branch correspondence
  • Performing analysis of functional areas to recommend changes, when necessary
  • Maintaining accurate product license count and product trend reports
  • Researching best practices and highlighting technique/tools that fit the branch needs for an enhanced IT governance posture
  • Coordinating project schedules and meeting participation, documenting and distributing minutes and action items, and tracking action items for reporting and completion
  • Utilizing SharePoint to assist in the response to requests for status and policy comments from Executive and government authorities by maintaining the team site’s content to ensure it is relevant, accurate, and up to date, drafting and coordinating responses to requests in a timely manner, seeking the necessary approvals for responses, as needed, and tracking and monitoring action items through completion

You will have experience with the following:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience supporting multiple staff members and engineering teams
  • Self-motivated and ability to multitask
  • Good understanding of customer policies and familiarity with the organizational structure
  • Experience utilizing Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook with an understanding of how to manage multiple calendars
  • Experience in Microsoft SharePoint

  You will have one of the following:

  • 12 Years of job related experience and High School/GED diploma
  • 10 Years of job related experience and Associate’s degree
  • 8 Years of job related experience and Bachelor’s degree
  • 6 Years of job related experience and Master’s degree
  • 4 Years of job related experience and Doctorate

Experience with the following is a plus:

  • Experience with JIRA
