Project Financial Manager

Responsibilities:

  • As a member of the Contractor PMO, oversee complete financial management of the project – administer and report all project finances
  • Monitor project budgetary, finance, accounting and auditing activities to ensure cost-effective support
  • Complete monthly cost reporting
  • Reviews, analyzes, and summarizes project financial information
  • Coordinate spending to tasks/activities
  • Initiate financial transactions
  • Monitor and assist with budget projections
  • Assist with proposal development and submission
Qualifications:

  • Active TS/SCI w/Poly
  • Bachelor’s Degree  with 8 years of experience or a Master’s Degree with 6 years, PhD with 4 years, High School Diploma/GED with 12 years, or Associates Degree with 10 years
  • Provides technical / management leadership on major tasks or technology assignments.
  • Establishes goals and plans that meet project objectives.
  • Has domain and expert technical knowledge.
  • Directs and controls activities for a client, having overall responsibility for financial management, methods, and staffing to ensure that technical requirements are met.
  • Interactions involve client negotiations and interfacing with senior management.
  • Decision making and domain knowledge may have a critical impact on overall project implementation.
  • May supervise others.
