Key Role:
Perform coordination activities to support schedule and project management for a Cybersecurity program. Maintain responsibility for developing and maintaining an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for respective tasks. Input and manage schedule and task risks documented in the Program Risk Register and ensure risks are appropriately facilitated and communicated through various mediums, as defined by the program. Develop and update routine reporting documentation for weekly and monthly deliverables, including leveraging best practices and program templates. Attend client meetings, capture action items and meeting minutes, document any technical action items in the IMS, and communicate with stakeholders, as needed. Assist the task lead with milestone management and documentation and design constraints and coverage gaps, including schedule variance. Coordinate with requirements analysts to document task-specific requirements and update the schedule, including daily activities.
Basic Qualifications:
-2+ years of experience with project management
-Experience with creating executive-level documentation, reports, whitepapers, and briefings
-Ability to pay strict attention to detail
-Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks concurrently
-Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-BA or BS degree
Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with Microsoft Project or other scheduling tools
-Experience with Cybersecurity technologies and systems engineering
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-Secret clearance preferred
