Project Analyst, Senior

Key Role:

Manage the delivery of multiple project initiatives designed to enhance the services and level of support provided to the client. Maintain responsibility for the planning, organization, directing, controlling, and delivery of all projects prioritized in alignment with the client’s expectations and business needs. Ensure the ongoing process and system capability associated with projects and manage any changes required to meet or exceed the expectations established in project designs. Direct activities of consultants, analysts, specialists, and sub-contractors, maintain responsibility to ensure appropriate resources are allocated, and facilitate the successful completion of multiple projects. Serve as an expert on complex technical and business matters. Determine work priorities based on general direction from managers.

Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience with program or project management

-Experience with managing cost, schedule, and performance of programs under the Defense Acquisition System

-Experience with Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

-Knowledge of DoD SECNAV 5000 instructions

-Ability to research acquisition policy, interact with diverse functional teams in an IPT environment, and author acquisition documentation and presentations in support of program decisions and milestone reviews

-Ability to coordinate with functional SMEs on program documentation to facilitate program requirements

-Ability to work independently, facilitate meetings and briefings on behalf of the client, and organize and execute client meetings, as needed

-TS/SCI clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with Navy, SPAWAR, or PEO C4I programs and policies

-Experience with IO, METOC, or ISR programs and systems

-Ability to support development of program spend plans and POM inputs

-DAWIA Program Management or PMP Certification
