Key Role:
Apply analytic techniques in the evaluation of Naval Aviation program and project objectives. Analyze requirements, status, budgets, and schedules and perform management, technical, or business case analyses. Collect, complete, organize, and interpret data relating to aircraft, weapon, or project acquisition and product programs. Track program or project statuses and schedules and apply government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management, and data management. Perform in-depth studies to determine optimum program plans and coordinate the development of program plans. Interface with vendors and customers and perform extensive investigations, as required. Monitor and report performance against plans to ensure contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met.
Basic Qualifications:
-5+ years of experience with program planning and implementation, budgeting and administration of government projects, or implementation and interpretation of contracts
-Knowledge of acquisition life cycle documentation
-Ability to analyze specific and systemic issues pertaining to project and industry performance
-Secret clearance
-HS diploma or GED
Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with Microsoft Project, Primavera, PowerPoint, Adobe ColdFusion, Adobe Captivate, Earned Value Management Tools, SharePoint, or relational databases a plus
-BA or BS degree preferred; MA or MS degree a plus
Clearance:
