What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Lead a group of direct reports, including staff embedded in subordinate Integrated Product Teams and supporting functional elements. 
  • Interface routinely with CACI and customer leadership and other stakeholders regarding company and contract objectives. 
  • Coordinate all business operations support for program leadership, Integrated Product Teams and other functional teams, and personally lead the administrative effort to provide timely and professional deliverables to the customer.  
  • Collaborate with program managers to develop program plans, and schedules, and communicate status updates. 

More About the Role:

  • As the Quality Assurance Lead, you will lead a team of Quality Control specialists providing oversight and guidance.
  • Ensures that processes for the Quality Management System (QMS) are implemented, established, and maintained.
  • Reports to top management on the performance of the QMS and any needs for improvement.
  • Ensures the promotion of awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization.
  • Developing the Quality Evaluation Test Plan and participate in the quality surveillance testing.
  • Evaluating, recommending, and implementing quality tools and strategies.
  • Plan, direct, or coordinate work activities and resources, and monitoring work activities to ensure that operations and products meet production, certification and accreditation standards; examining products and materials for defects or deviations from specification.
  • Soliciting, assessing, and documenting program risks and opportunities.
  • Preparing for and conducting audits to maintain ISO 9001 and AS9100C certifications.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Management, Engineering, or relevant academic field and
  • 5 years of experience in a program or production management environment or
  • Relevant Associates degree plus 4 additional years (9 total) relevant experience may be substituted for a bachelors degree
  • 2 years conducting quality control, ensuring programs and/or processes conform to documented specifications and processes
  • Must be US Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret Clearance.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • 2 years of experience in an ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 series (certified or compliant) work environment
  • Active DoD Top Secret Clearance
