Program Manager – PMPPGM - L5 – Ft Meade, MD

We have immediate openings a Program Manager at Ft Meade, MD for a large Army Counterintelligence contract focused on protecting our nation’s personnel, operations and facilities. What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Manage a large, geographically dispersed contract with a diverse work force focused on   strategic, operational and tactical analysis and advice in support of Army leadership through the wide range of CI and CI Support activities;
  • Anticipate and resolve often complex challenges with broad based solutions.
  • Develop and maintain subject matter expertise on current global, developing country- and region-specific threat actors;
  • Identify and prioritize multi-discipline threats to Army assets and the Defense Industrial Complex:
  • Identify individuals, networks, and/or organizations, provide strategic assessments, and generate operational and investigative leads.

You’ll Bring these Qualifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certified
  • Bachelor’s Degree in intelligence or a related field and 10 years of combined management and intelligence experience at a minimum
  • Large program management experience in broad based programs requiring broad based solutions
  • Applicable experience in planning, preparing integrating and publishing finished intelligence products
  • Well-honed written and oral English communications and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytic, critical thinking, interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of the IC and other US Government agencies within the national security community
  • Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance

These Qualification Would be Nice to Have:

  • Advanced degree (preferred to be in area of expertise)
  • Knowledge of analytical tools and methodologies used in the IC
  • Multiple CI tours. Minimum 8 years CI specific experience.
  • Some experience within the 902d MI Group. Known entity to the 902d is ideal.
