Serve as the ProgramManager for the Sandbar Program. TheProgram Manager is responsible fororganizing, directing, and managing all aspects of contract operational supportfunctions involving multiple complex and inter-related project tasks that oftenrequire managing teams of Contractor personnel at multiple locations.

Duties andResponsibilities:

  • Serve as the program manager typicallyresponsible for organizing, directing, and managing all aspects of contractoperational support functions involving multiple complex and inter-relatedproject tasks that often require managing teams of Contractor personnel atmultiple locations.
  • Provide overall direction of program activities.
  • Manage and maintain Contractor interface withthe senior levels of the customer organization.
  • Consult with customer and Contractor personnelto formulate and review task plans and deliverables, ensuring conformance withprogram and project task schedules and costs and contractual obligations.
  • Establish and maintain technical and financialreports to show progress of projects to management and customers, organize andassign responsibilities to subordinates, oversee the successful completion ofall assigned tasks, and assume the initiative and provide support to marketingpersonnel in identifying and acquiring potential business.
  • Otherduties as assigned

MinimumQualifications: (Toperform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essentialduty satisfactorily.)

  • Master’sDegree and 15+ years’ relevant experience
  • 3+years of experience leading programs of similar scope and value; IntegratedJoint Special
  • TechnicalOperations (IJSTO) Planner’s Course graduate; Service-level Cyber Operationscourse graduate
  • ProjectManagement Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) within 90 daysof contract win or Equivalent coursework or experience may be acceptable
  • ActiveTS/SCI clearance

Knowledge, Skillsand Abilities:

  • Ability to meet secret clearance requirements
  • Ability to travel CONUS up to 50%
  • Ability to work independently and yet be effective within a team setting
  • Must be capable of managing multiple efforts with time related constraints in a fast-paced contracting environment
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse internal and external stakeholder groups and individuals
  • Friendly presence, helpful attitude, good interpersonal skills, and ability to work well with others.
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Office applications
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications, and experience working in a home office setting as well as the ability to train end users on frequently asked technical issues.
  • Ability to provide technical assistance and support over the phone; good phone skills, professional demeanor, previous customer service experience strongly desired.
  • Good problem-solving skills; ability to visualize aproblem/situation and think abstractly to solve it

  • The employee will normally work ina temperature-controlled office environment, with frequent exposure toelectronic office equipment.
  • During visits to areas ofoperations, may be exposed to extreme cold or hot weather conditions. Is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborneparticles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and loud noise.
