Key Role:
Build and manage a project team to deliver technical solutions. Maintain responsibility for a project’s plans, financials, and contractual commitments. Work with your teams to identify, manage, and escalate risks. Provide human leadership, direction, and purpose and ensure that they have what they need to deliver.
Basic Qualifications:
-10+ years of experience in the primary role of a project manager
-10+ years of experience with performance on projects similar in size and scope to the contractor’s proposal in terms of cost and complexity
-5+ years of experience with DoD environments and providing support for IT projects
-Experience with the Tactical Data Link Standards configuration management process in scope and complexity similar to this requirement
-Experience with working in and leading project teams and managing team capacity, deliverables, budget, and resources
-Ability to pay strict attention to detail
-Secret clearance
-BA or BS degree
-Project Management Institute Certified Project Management Professional, DAU's level III for Program Management (PM), or a PM Certification
Additional Qualifications:
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-Possession of excellent leadership, organizational, analytical, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
-BA or BS degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, Engineering, or an IT-related field preferred; MA or MS degree a plus
-Six Sigma Certification preferred
