Program Finance Manager

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Become an integral part of a diverse team in the Mission, Cyber and Intelligence Solutions (MCIS) Group.  Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, mission oriented Program Finance Manager, in the Chantilly, VA area, with strong Customer relationships.  At ManTech, you will help protect our national security while working on innovative projects that offer opportunities for advancement.


The IOS Division provides mission solutions to a wide range of Defense and Intelligence Community customers. This division consists of a team of technical leaders that deliver advanced technical solutions to government organizations.  Our customers have high standards, are technically adept, and use our products daily to support their mission of protecting national security. Our contributions to our customer’s success is driving our growth.

A qualified candidate will be responsible for the planning and execution of program budgetary profiles.  Directs, implements, and administers formal aspects of a program in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, corporate policies, and government regulations.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
 
•Responsible for all budget activities within an NRO Division/Program Office.
•Support financial and budgetary activities as determined by the budget director.
•Develop descriptive detailed briefings to defend program funding requirements.
•Prepare total program budget exhibits for presentation.
•Build, maintain, track, and update spend plans and execution deliverables for funding actions using required systems (i.e. Financial Information Requirements Tool (FIRsT),NRO Financial Information System (NFIS), Request for Contract Action (RCA) webapp and a Portfolio Management Database.
•Generate monthly budget execution review with financial documentation to capture current and forecasted financial data.
•Perform other duties as assigned.


Security Requirements:
Active/current TS/SCI with CI Polygraph clearance is required.


Qualifications

Position Requirements:
 
•BS in Business Finance or related field, and 8-10 year’s experience; or 5-7 year’s experience with Master's degree.
•Must be proactive, able to work well independently within groups, and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
•Must have current IC experience.
•Must be comfortable interfacing daily with senior government leadership.
•Previous onsite experience supporting the NRO (or other IC organization) highly preferred.
•Ability to handle stress and work well under pressure.
•Proficient with MSOffice (Excel and PowerPoint).
•Analytical and critical thinking skills.
•Interpersonal and people skills.
•Multi-tasking ability.
•Oral and written communications skills.
•Organizational Skills.
