Program Earned Value Data Analyst IRES

Description of Duties:

The Program Earned Value (EV) Data Analyst supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract. The candidate will:

  • Provide business management and data analysis support to the program control office and the program task orders.
  • Generate reports from EV system tools.
  • Produce independent EV data trend analysis.
  • Provide support to task order Control Account Managers (CAMs), EV Analysts and Schedulers in the preparation for and data quality review of artifacts for Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) audits and Baseline Reviews/ Integrated Baseline Reviews (BRs/IBRs).
  • Support monthly and quarterly contract reporting.
  • Coordinate with the team to identify program execution issues based on data analysis and trends.
  • Facilitate documentation and closeout of corrective actions.
  • Prepare and update performance data analytics for dashboards used to communicate task order execution to company and government leadership.
  • Use EV system tools, primarily Deltek Cobra and Encore Analytics Empower.
  • Assist other EV system users in generating reports and maximizing team efficiency.

The successful candidate will be assigned as an employee for Jacobs or one of the following teammate companies: HX5, GCS, ERC, MEIT or Aerodyne.

This position is located at Schriever AFB, CO. Relocation assistance may be available.

Basic Requirements:

Must have one of the following combinations of education and experience: HS Diploma (or GED) and 8 years of general experience; Associate’s degree and 6

years of general experience; Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of general experience; Master’s degree and 2 years of general experience.

  • Must have 4 years of directly related experience in business and earned value systems and 2 years in management or leadership roles.
  • Expert use of MS Office tools.
  • Must have an active DoD Secret Clearance (or must be able to obtain).
  • In-depth experience with Deltek Cobra, Encore Analytics Empower or Deltek wInsight; MS Project or similar scheduling software and MS Excel.
  • EVM system operation under an EIS-748 complaint program.
  • Risk management experience.
  • Experience using EVMS; ability to adhere to financial guidelines (DCAA and/or DCMA experience).
  • EAC/cost analysis or business/data analytics experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and support other task orders as required.
  • Current DoD Secret clearance.
