Program Director

Position Description

Electronic Security Systems (ESS) Program Director is responsible for managing highly complex contracts for multiple customers with revenue typically ranging from $20 - $100M, with the total Revenue responsibility of between $125M and $150M.  Manages budgets for multiple centers.  Responsible for developing new business opportunities and enhancements.  Develops programs to support company initiatives. Provides established expertise to customers.  Requires extensive knowledge and understanding of work project(s) and functions. Serves as subject matter expert within program area.  Maintains relationship with internal and external customers. Leads a team of 100 or more employees, including project and/or program managers. Reports to top management.

  • Bachelor`s degree and 10-12 years US Government Program Execution experience.
  • Minimum 10 years experience in ESS Program Execution.
  • Minimum 10 years experience managing large complex projects with geographically disperse teams.
  • Minimum 10 years experience leading Program Managers, to drive excellence in the areas of cost, schedule, performance; while fostering a high level of employee and customer engagement.
  • Minimum 10 years experience managing complex budgets across multiple programs.
  • Previous, recent experience with Government acquisition cycle.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance



  • A current and active DoD Secret clearance
