Program Data Analyst Lead (Earned Value)

Lead Program Analyst supporting the Missile Defense Agency on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract. Duties include but are not limited to the following: providing comprehensive business management and data analysis support to the program control office; performing as the senior lead for interfacing to and generating reports from the Earned Value (EV) system tools; providing independent EV data trend analysis; providing support to task order Control Account Managers, (CAMs) and Schedulers in preparation and data quality review of artifacts for Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) audits, Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs), and supporting monthly and quarterly contract reporting; identifying program execution issues based on data analysis; providing independent comprehensive Estimate at Complete (EAC) analysis; facilitating documentation and closeout of corrective actions; providing and managing standard templates for reporting and for performance data analytics for dashboards used to communicate task order execution to company and government leadership; providing expert knowledge on use of EV system tools, primarily Deltek Cobra and Encore Analytics Empower, and assists other users in generating reports and maximizing team efficiency through use of these tools’ capabilities. The successful candidate is capable of a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Essential qualifications include: (1) ability to quickly adapt to new situations, (2) strong commitment to a team environment, (3) willingness to learn new technologies, (4) ability to de-conflict requests/requirements, and (5) able to establish, maintain and follow documented processes and procedures. This position is located at Schriever AFB, CO. Relocation assistance may be available.

Basic Requirements: High School Diploma (or GED) with 12 years of general experience; or an Associate's degree with 10 years general experience; or a Bachelor's degree with 8 years general experience; or a Master’s degree with 6 years general experience; must include 6 years of related experience in use of business and earned value systems. Requires 3 years’ experience in a management or leadership role. Expert use of MS Office tools. Ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance. The successful candidate will be assigned as an employee for Jacobs or one of the following teammate companies: HX5, GCS, ERC, MEIT or Aerodyne.
Desired Requirements: In depth experience with Deltek COBRA, Empower or Deltek winsight, MS Project or similar scheduling software, and MS Excel. EVM System operation under a EIS-748 compliant program, risk management, and EAC analysis a plus.
