Program Analyst for Army PEO Soldier

Job Description

CACI is looking to fill a Program Analyst positions in Fort Belvoir, VA. This is a position to support Army PEO Soldier in developing, testing, producing, fielding, and sustaining state-of-the-art products and weapon systems.

Job Description Summary: 

Provide systems engineering and technical assistance support as part of an integrated contractor / government team responsible for the design, development, and procurement of state of the art sensors.

•Contributing member of Army Product Management Office.

•Saves lives by providing state-of-the-art equipment to Soldiers.

•Provides professional acquisition program analyst support for planning, providing status, and tracking of acquisitions activities.

Duties and Responsibilities

•Assist the COR in CDRL management and tracking

•Coordinate CDRL Comment Resolution Matrix (CRMs) and track suspense dates

•Manage SharePoint Sites and Libraries

•Assist the COR in CPARS generation and tracking

•Draft Contract Letters and Statements of Work for the COR

•Maintain Project Team calendars

•Develop Reporting Briefs in coordination with functional area representatives

•Develop and coordinate Weekly Team Synchronization charts

•Develop acquisition documentation in support of Milestone Decisions

•Review technical and programmatic artifacts from OEMs in support of PDR, CDR, TRR, SVR, and PCAs

•Coordinate and manage Request for Information and Taskers from HHQs and Stakeholders

•Coordinate and execute Project Events (conferences, industry day, travel planning, etc)

•Conduct frequent travel to OEM sites in support of customer meeting requirements

Required Education and Experience

•Understanding of DoD 5000 series requirements and US Army documentation requirements

•Demonstrated technical, analytical and problem solving skills, and able to manage multiple activities simultaneously.

•Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project.

•Working knowledge of SharePoint

•Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to work with others.

Education and Experience

Typically requires bachelor's degree or equivalent and 10 to 12 years of related experience

Physical Demands

Normal demands associated with an office environment. Ability to work on computer for long periods, and communicate with individuals by telephone, email and face to face. Some travel may be required.
