Responsibilities:

Personnel Specialist. Utilizes extensive knowledge and experience in human resource management in order to assess organizational human resources and capital to facilitate future recommendations for proposed IT workforce plans and potential transfer of human resources. Two years of relevant work experience or Associate degree in human resource management or business administration. Responsible for: (1) Human Resources - Personnel for Reallocation (non-military); (2) Human Resources - Manpower Modeling.

Qualifications:

Career level with a complete understanding and wide application of technical principles, theories and concepts. Working under only general direction, provides technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems. Independently determines and develops approach to solutions. Bachelor's (or equivalent) with 5 - 7 years of experience, or a Master's and 3 to 5 years of experience. TS/SCI w Poly required. Must be a United States Citizen.
