Key Role:
Provide operations research analysis to support the US Cyber Command (USCYBERCOM) Strategic Assessments of Cyberspace Operations. Work with the security defense and CJCS Combatant Commanders (CCDR’s) assessment past activities to progress toward campaign objectives. Leverage advanced technologies, scientific principles, theories, and concepts to assist USCYBERCOM’s Strategic Assessment branch in advancing performance and operating, efficiently. Assist strategic assessment branch with planning programs, including recommending technological application programs to accomplish long-range objectives.
Basic Qualifications:
-5 years of experience as an Operations Research Analyst
-Experience in working with Web developers to create leadership dashboards and Subject Matter Expert (SME) dashboards, including Web-enabled data collection for operations, activities, and investments (OAIs)
-Ability to build analytical models for strategic and campaign assessments, including military assessment and strategic risks
-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
-BA or BS degree Operations Research, CS, Cybersecurity, or Computer Engineering
Additional Qualifications:
-Experience in applying critical thinking toward development of resource, force posture, and budgetary recommendations for command modernization to shape the Future Years Defense Program (FYDP)
-Ability to develop a paradigm for assessment integration into planning and development for the J5 and J3
-Ability to pay strict attention to detail
-Possession of excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
Clearance:
