The Operations Requirements Analyst (ORA) will provide technical direction in the area of national and tactical cryptologic capabilities. Facilitates requirements gathering by coordinating technical exchange meetings (and other meetings as needed) with the Services, Combat Support Agencies (CSAs), systems engineers, data modelers, and other members of the requirements team. Provides comprehensive definition and documentation updates for deliverables. Coordinates with analysts, managers, and seniors within Unified Cryptologic System (UCS) to verify operational requirements to assist a customer that advocates and facilitates interoperability, commonality, modernization and integration with the US SIGINT System.


Individual Capabilities Required:

  • Ten (10) years' experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required of which five (5) years shall be in the Intelligence Community (IC). Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field (e.g., systems engineering, mathematics, information technology, operations research).
  • Five or more years of experience with Combat Support Agencies or Services collection strategies and Programs for Record.
  • Five or more years of experience with Joint Cryptologic operations and capabilities, and DNI and USD(I) strategies and policies.
  • SIGINT experience.
  • Position requires a TS/SCI w/Poly clearance

Individual Capabilities Desired:

  • Experience in collaborating with peer organizations to overcome barriers to success and create shared solutions.
  • Knowledge of collaboration tools like JIRA and Confluence
  • Intelligence Community (IC) experience
