Operations Manager - Corporate Strategy & Technology Office

The Operations Manager for the Office of the Corporate Chief Strategy and Technology Officer (CTSO) reports directly to the Corporate Vice President & CTO, and is responsible for ensuring that the CTSO's vision is translated into operational reality. The Operations Manager role is expected to be a rotational opportunity for the successful candidate to gain experience with the company wide campaigns and get exposure to the top executives across the company.

The Operations Manager works with senior executives across the organization to facilitate the dissemination of information and expedite the implementation of strategic initiatives across the office. This position also manages the operational affairs of the Office of the CTSO and will have direct engagement with CTSO's Executive Leadership Team. Periodic travel to enterprise locations will be required.

The Operations Manager is responsible for a broad range of CTSO internal operations:
Drives execution of strategic actions and tasks initiated by the CTSO by working with leaders across the organization.
Establishes and strategically reviews the operating rhythm for the CTSO, the Executive Leadership Team and the Enterprise Campaign Leaders.
Is the focal point for communication and collaboration for the CTSO, and establishes the agenda and coordinates preparation for leadership team meetings, events, and other key meetings as assigned.
Manages the plan (purpose, agenda, participants, etc) of the Enterprise Campaign Reviews with the corporate office.
Anticipates and, in partnership with the CTSO's administrative assistant, manages the materials, data and presentation needs for upcoming meetings and events.
Shadows the CTSO in major meetings and events, reviewing the agenda and the pre- and post-interactions to ensure successful outcomes, and manages all meeting action item capture, assignment, communication and tracking.
Plays a key role in preparation for and coordination of annual Campaign and other CTSO conferences with the CTSO Executive Leadership and other enterprise participants.
Maintains track of key issues, challenges and decisions made at meetings and informs the CTSO.
Leads internal special projects as requested by the CTSO, to include activities such as: establishing and tracking team performance measures, and increasing insight to understand capabilities and IRADs across the company.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree and minimum of 9 + years of experience
Ability to travel up to 25%
Current Secret clearance

Preferred Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 + years of project management experience and 3 or more years of technical experience preferred.
High energy strategic thinker with demonstrated ability to operate at both a strategic and a hands-on level as needed.
Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks and projects within critical deadlines.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills, as well as project management, analytical, planning, and presentation skills are required. Experience / comfort with frequent engagement with senior executives.
Demonstrated ability to respect confidentiality and safeguard sensitive information.
Demonstrated ability to build and foster effective relationships with others.
Highly advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint skills.
Current TS/SCI clearance
