Key Role:
Serve an operations training analyst, including applying expertise in analysis at the brigade level and above to support an Army command. Support the development of both Systems of Systems architectures and enterprise architectures. Synthesize new and evolving requirements with pre-existing and proven analyses to identify and create new solution space. Apply subject matter expertise to synchronize data from Center for Army client centers, schools, and other entities to ensure the latest information from all available sources is compiled, succinctly stated, and incorporated in all products. Report to senior leadership and routinely interact with key members of AF staff to inform, teach, justify, and defend the client recommendations.
Basic Qualifications:
-15+ years of experience in a professional work environment or 8+ years of experience with working directly in an Army training organization
-Knowledge of the training and doctrine environment
-Knowledge of doctrine, organization, training, materiel, leadership, personnel, and facilities (DOTMLPF) analysis and its relationship to functional solutions analysis
-Secret clearance
-BA or BS degree
Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with DOTMLPF or functional solutions analysis
-Knowledge of the overall Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) process
Clearance:
