Key Role:
Apply expertise in working with intelligence systems to develop and deliver classroom and e-learning training on intelligence systems. Instruct, evaluate, and counsel students in the legal and operational concepts of OSINT collection and analysis. Serve as a Senior Open Source (OSINT) analyst and training SME. Assist with course development and production of OSINT training materials. Assess and provide analysis of COTS technologies and solutions commonly associated with DoD intelligence analysis. Provide OSINT analysis and training for INSCOM, US Army Forces Command (FORSCOM), US Army Special Operations Command (USASOC), Combatant Commands (COCOMs), and Army Service Component Commands (ASCC) in support of ongoing intelligence operations. Support mobile training team (MTT) operations for the Army OSINT Office (AOO). This position will require traveling to both CONUS and OCONUS locations.
Basic Qualifications:
-5+ years of experience with conducting open source research, all-source intelligence analysis, or intelligence collection
-Experience with accessing, researching, and exploiting global and regional social media and digital platforms
-Knowledge of advanced Internet-based research, including Boolean logic, advanced research techniques, search engine and database resources, and Internet sources, including social media, social networking tools, and commercial and industry-based databases
-Ability to employ behavioral and technical research methodologies and tradecraft and brief client leadership and colleagues on results of research succinctly
-Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing and speak sufficiently and appropriately to instruct students on complicated subject matter
-Active TS/SCI clearance
-HS diploma or GED required
-Common Faculty Development Instructor Course (CFD-IC) or equivalent
Additional Qualifications:
-Experience as a facilitator in a formal training environment preferred
-Experience with Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) program of instruction development, testing, evaluation, and QA/QC of training materials
-BA or BS degree preferred
-Approved IC, DoD, or Army OSINT Training, including BOSIC, OS301, OS302, OS401, CASO, or equivalent
Clearance:
