Key Role:
Support new equipment training on multiple avionics systems, including ASN-128, BFT-2, APX-123, ARC-220, and ARC-231. Assist with planning and coordinating all aspects of new equipment training, fielding, and fielded systems support. Monitor the manufacturer's deliverables for adequacy in accordance with established material fielding support plans. Participate in integrated working product teams (IWPTs) and material fielding plan (MFP) reviews for validation and verification of fielding procedures. Provide input on new material introductory briefings (NMIB) to all major commands. Perform onsite bulk break down, built in testing, and inventory of new equipment prior to its issue. Conduct new equipment training classroom instruction to soldier users and maintainers in the field.
Basic Qualifications:
-3+ years of experience with avionics maintenance or troubleshooting
-Ability to assist with planning and coordinating all aspects of new equipment training, fielding, and fielded systems support
-Ability to support new equipment training on multiple avionics systems, including ASN-128, BFT-2, APX-123, ARC-220, and ARC-231
-Secret clearance
-HS diploma or GED
Additional Qualifications:
-3+ years of experience with military equipment fielding and procedures
-3+ years of experience with conducting new equipment training
-3+ years of experience with analyzing the development of training procedures
-BA or BS degree
Clearance:
