Position Overview:

This position manages network devices, firewalls, performs IP address management, design a new network as needed, perform switching and routing with CISCO ASR routers and work with load balancers (F5) as needed.

Kiliuda specializes in programmatic and administrative services, providing support to government and commercial entities. We are a successful SDB performing a wide range of support across multiple agencies with a primary focus on: Information Technology Consultation Services, User and System Virtualization, Information Research & Analysis, Cyber Security, Program Management, Administrative Services and Document Management.


•Manage and monitor overall network systems, to include production, development and training systems.

•Configure, install, operate, replace, maintain, and troubleshoot local and wide area network (LAN/WAN) devices.

•Develop and maintain EPIC network documentation; LAN/WAN topology diagrams, current device configurations, and backup, restore, and upgrade procedures for all network devices (routers/switches/firewalls/network security appliances).

•Define network requirements, identify potential sources for required products and services, maintain proficiency with legacy systems, assess relevant technologies and technical approaches, recommend relevant solutions, estimate costs and benefits, and design, develop, deploy, and test network hardware and software.

•Install, test, certify and  troubleshoot  data  communications  wiring  of  various  types (Fiber/shielded copper/unshielded copper/coax wiring).

•Support various virtual private network (VPN) protocols as requested by the government for implementation on private and public wide area network circuits.


 •U.S. Citizen

•Ability to obtain/maintain a DOD Clearance; Active Secret Clearance preferred

•Valid US Driver's License

•Must be able to pass a drug test and background check

•Must be able to pass the DEA Clearance process

Working knowledge of the following:

•Cisco Switches and Routers

•Cisco Adaptive Security Appliance (ASA) Firewalls

•Palo Alto Firewalls

•Application Load Balancers

•Thorough understanding of DNS

•DMZ, firewall, and network security implementation a plus

•Understanding of Certificates and their function


•System performance monitoring, SNMP, IP, or another basis

•Linux Experience not required but a plus

•B.S. degree in Computer Science or related discipline preferred
