Navy Training Analyst/Developer

Job Duties and Responsibilities

ManTech International Corp. is seeking a Navy Training Analyst/Developer to support a DoD customer at the Norfolk, VA.

General Responsibilities:

  • Applicant will work with the ManTech Information Assurance / Computer Network Defense (IA/CND) training team to produce Navy Training System Plans (NTSPs) and develop curriculum materials to provide life cycle support of Navy training programs in the area of Cyber security.
  • Certification as Navy Instructor (NEC 9502) and Master Training Specialist
  • Familiar with U.S. Navy training policies and procedures, including NAVEDTRA 130-series, Training Planning Process Methodology (TRPPM), Navy Training System Plan (NTSP), C4ISR Management and Analysis Training Tool (CMATT)
  • Classroom instructor experience, preferably at a Center for Information Dominance Learning Site

Qualifications

Requires Bachelor’s degree (in Training/Development or related field) or equivalent, and two to four years of related (training, sales and/or technical) experience.
