Naval Test and Evaluation Analyst

Key Role:

Support a Navy Program Executive Office tasked with leading shipbuilding, unmanned vehicle development, combat systems integration, test and evaluation, production, fleet introduction, and sustainment of small surface combatants, unmanned systems, and warfare-centric mission packages. Work with OPNAV Resource Sponsors, Fleet schedulers, TYCOMs, PEOs, Program Offices, and Time and Evaluation community to ensure funding, shipping availability, crew availability, test ranges. Conduct system integration activities, developmental and integration testing, and operational testing activities. Leverage experience and working level knowledge with Navy shipboard systems and programs, combat and weapons systems, and surface ship schedules and operations. Support uniformed personnel, government civilians, and contractors in programmatic, acquisition, and logistics activities.

Basic Qualifications:

-15 years of experience with Navy surface ship schedules and operations, programs and program offices, surface ship systems, and DoD budgets

-Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

-Experience with Fleet surface ship scheduling activities and working with Fleet and TYCOM staffs

-Knowledge of surface warfare, mine countermeasures, and anti-submarine warfare

-Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with shipboard Navy operations and warfare systems

-Knowledge of shipboard programs and Navy budgets

-Knowledge of DoD acquisition and systems engineering activities

-Top Secret clearance

-MA or MS degree

-Project or Program Management Professional Certification
