The Challenge:

Are you looking for an opportunity to combine your technical skills with big picture thinking to make an impact in national security? You understand your customer’s environment and how to develop the right systems for their mission. Your ability to translate real-world needs into technical specifications, makes you an integral part of delivering a customer focused engineering solution.

As a systems engineer on our team, you’ll transform the Air Force’s ability to analyze key future weapons and scenarios. This is your chance to develop your skills supporting analysis of future weapons systems while gaining mentoring and experience in intelligence and analyses. You will apply technical knowledge and consulting skills to collaborate with the client to develop wartime posture threat laydowns based upon Office of Secretary of Defense-approved Defense Planning Scenarios (DPS) and Multi-Service Force Deployments (MSFDs), incorporating the latest threat projections from the Joint Country Force Assessments (JCOFA). We’re looking for an engineer who can use their skills to improve our nation’s security and intelligence mission. You will update existing classified scenarios with order of battle updates and as new threat models are developed. You will design and oversee development of mission-level playbooks, deep-dive mission-level vignettes based on the DPS. Join our team and help turn requirements into accomplishments that drive change.

Our team performs engineering modeling and simulation supporting multiple customers and that also requires an comprehension of intelligence data sources and familiarity with weapons systems. That’s why we need you to help us with multiple modeling and simulation analyses that will include development and maintenance of scenarios for simulations including Advanced Framework for Simulation, Integration and Modeling (AFSIM), Suppressor, and thunder. You’ll work alongside of the customer located at Air Force Base and you’ll directly impact the Air Force’s security and intelligence missions. This is a chance to use your engineering, analysis, and team skills while gaining experience in classified systems and simulations.
