Mission Support Officer

The Mission Support Officer entails managing, executing and troubleshooting workflow processes and programs and independently coordinating comprehensive administrative support to a work unit, project, program, or functional area. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, maintain calendars, provide front office coverage, schedule conference room use, process memos and visitor request, facilitate communication between numerous agencies, and be the primary point of contact for administrative related questions and requests include HR, Security, Logistics, travel coordination, and training. Raises can be discussed with experience.
