Mission Execution Analyst/Systems Engineer, Senior

Key Role:

Serve as a subject matter expert and sometimes lead for a 24/7 operations team that leverages national systems in a dynamic and evolving operations environment. Provide multi-system expertise within a team responsible for implementing plans and schedules, comprehending and leveraging requirements and systems, and executing optimized strategies to achieve mission objectives. Comprehend multi-system tasking based on requirements and ensure resource optimization based on knowledge of system capabilities and constraints. Provide expertise in system capabilities, system nuances, tasking, and requirements, as they relate to real-time operations and execution. Work with multiple systems and platforms on a daily basis and invoke defined and stringent processes to ensure mission safety and accomplishment, ensuring activities maximize resources through mission management, mission planning, mission execution, and performance analysis. Collaborate with internal and external entities to design and implement optimized strategies that leverage system capabilities while minimizing impacts of system constraints. Lead the client and team through the integration of change using proven change management approaches, analyze and validate software performance, and make recommendations to improve performance and usage of various software programs.

Basic Qualifications:

-7+ years of experience with collection management, mission management, or SIGINT operational environments

-5+ years of experience with working in an intelligence community operational environment

-Experience with adapting to a real-time mission and responding flexibly and dynamically to ad hoc requirements

-Knowledge of the processes and tools required to execute timelines and provide for the health and safety of mission assets

-Ability to analyze strategies and processes across multiple systems that ensure activities are accomplished in a manner to optimize resource usage and achieve mission objectives

-Ability to work a rotating shift pattern covering a 24/7 mission

-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

-HS diploma or GED and 9+ years of experience with the intelligence community, BA or BS degree and 5 years of experience with the intelligence community, or MA or MS degree and 3 years of experience with the intelligence community

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with more than one collection management, mission management, and SIGINT operational environment preferred

-Experience as a team lead

-Ability to show ingenuity, resourcefulness, and application of highly advanced technologies, scientific principles, theories, and concepts

-Ability to leverage existing applications or methods and provide input into the development of new applications that improve products or methods

-Ability to mentor junior personnel
