Mid-Level Front End Developer

What You’ll Get to Do:

More About the Role:

  • Implementing product designs, and optimize for responsiveness
  • Integrating with data services layers to construct, query and render complex data sets
  • Testing your work to ensure performance and functionality
  • Implementing/Leading new and redesign features
  • Implementing best practices and standards
  • Participating in software architecture, design and development
  • Focusing on user experience, UI design principles and making applications work intuitively

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6+ years of progressive post-graduate experience in software development
  • 6+ years experience in JavaScript, CSS, jQuery, HTML 5, SharePoint, Responsive Design
  • 6+ years experience with various JavaScript frameworks and responsive web design such as jQuery and Bootstrap
  • 6+ experience with development tools such as Visual Studio Code and GitHub
  • 6+ experience in understanding large and complex code bases, including API design techniques to help keep them clean and maintainable
  • Experience performing asynchronous AJAX requests to RESTful and oData services
  • Comfortable with Agile and Lean development processes
  • Experience in working with remotely distributed teams
  • Must have the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
