VE Process PM, Deputy & Architecture roles manage the VE process greening activities and NCTA/IR&D/Capital execution, reporting, schdule and budget for multi-year. The managers will also be responsible for developing and executing a roadmap critical to program execution risk reduction/cost avoidance. Specific work scope items include:

  • Create training materials for new processes
  • Update training material in accordance w/ updated processes
  • Archive obsolete processes in Enovia
  • Update analysis and design tools as required to support new processes
  • Ensure workforce awareness and compliance with current and new processes for design, analysis, and test at all levels of the organization
  • Ensure appropriate waivers are approved as required
Basic Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor'sof Science degree in Engineering or a related STEM degree from an accredited university with7 yearsofexperience inSpaceand/or Defense industry; OR Master's of Science degree in Engineering or a related STEM degree from an accredited university with5 yearsofexperience inSpaceand/or Defense industry
  • Aproven ability to lead and influence a high performance team.
  • ActiveDoD or SCI Clearance.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • 15 yearsof related spaceand defense industry experience.
  • Possess exceptional communication skills across all levels of the organization.
