Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems has an opening for Manager, Supply Chain Programs 3 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will require travel ~50% of the time but will be located in Redondo Beach, CA. The selected candidate will have full responsibility and accountability to lead GSC integration across multiple tiers of the Strike Supply Chain. They will lead execution plans, staffing strategies and drive process improvements to ensure alignment with program priorities. The role will align deliverables to meet overall cost and schedule objectives; this includes, but is not limited to, delivery performance metrics, closed loop processes and schedule integration.


Essential Functions:


  • Responsible for integrating GSC processes across multiple tiers of the Supply Chain

  • Integrates and provides visibility of staffing strategy and requirements

  • Conducts coordination meetings across functions and supply base

  • Assists with weekly metrics associated with specific suppliers

  • Supports program initiatives from a GSC standpoint (affordability, schedule optimization, etc.)



Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 8 years of experience in Supply Chain and/or Project Management
  • 3 years of leadership experience
  • Knowledge of FAR/DFAR
  • Experience leading multi-disciplined teams
  • Ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance and Special Program Access Active SCI clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree
  • Experience with development programs
  • Active SCI clearance
  • Active Special Program access
