Northrop Grumman Autonomous Systems has an opening for a Programs Manager level2 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in San Diego, CA.
Essential Functions:
Under direction and leadership of the Triton Program Integration Team Director, this position directs the implementation and integration of enterprise level program strategic rhythm, establish metrics, improve our operation effectiveness, and provide program analysis to support the PIT Director and PIT Manager requirements to ensure the integrity of the program baseline to ensure effective program performance in meeting LRSP and Triton goals.
The Roles and Responsibilities of the PIT, Program Operations Manager are:
  • Maintain program enterprise level metrics
  • Maintain program directives and procedures required to ensure the successful execution of contract and program tasks
  • Support the PIT managers to provide Performance Analysis and Visibility (including the strategic rhythm); perform integrated assessment of all elements program performance and identify potential impacts. The IPT Leader establishes (with IPTs) the performance baseline elements which include specific metrics, owner, sources, presentation format and frequency, and criteria for relative ratings. Collect, integrate, analyze, and present this data at the program review.
  • Support the PIT managers to ensure vertical and horizontal integration across the program teams. Ensure seamless communication across all IPTs for effective program execution. Ensure that the program maintains an integrated, event-based view of the overall status to the leadership team; and an integrated position to the outside world; facilitates program events/reviews including internal and external (customer).
  • Support proposal activities
  • Manage the administrative support across the program enterprise
  • Assist program change across the program teams

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree and at least5 years of applied experience in business acumen and program management
- Interim DoD Secret Clearance or higher
- Advanced use of Microsoft Office tools

Preferred Qualifications:
- STEM degree or Master's in Business Management of Association or Engineering
- Active Secret DoD Clearance
