Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems Schedule Management organization is seeking a Program Planning & Scheduling Manager for a restricted program.
The manager will also be responsible for preparing, developing and coordinating the Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to meet all program objectives.
They will also ensure major projects and program schedules and plans are horizontally and vertically integrated across company functional groups including program management, engineering, manufacturing, quality, contracts, cost, and finance.
The Manager's roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Tracks plans and schedules, performs risk analysis, identifies and resolves critical path and network logic conflicts.
- Utilizes Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances to facilitate focus and intervention on critical areas.
- Present schedule data and metric analysis to program management.
- Drives change management and ensures' adoption and acceptance of change (i.e. analytics, processes, innovative efficiencies).
- Manages and develops a team of business systems analysts to drive innovation, efficiencies, and develop schedule analytics, and will be responsible for performance reviews, personal development, and mentoring the team.
- Ensures schedule products are corporate, sector, and industry compliant to latest documents.
- Preparing, developing and coordinating the Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to meet all program objectives.
- Ensures major projects and program schedules and plans are horizontally and vertically integrated across company functional groups including program management, engineering, manufacturing, quality, contracts, cost, and finance.
- Implements schedule best practices as prescribed by industry to include, but not limited to: NDIA EIA-748, DCMA 14-point, IPMR DI-MGMT-81861, Earned Value Management System (EVMS), Critical Path Analysis (CPA), Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA), Schedule Performance Analytics and Schedule Health Analysis.

- Knowledgeable of software architecture, databases, MS Project Server, SharePoint, etc.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of experience in Schedule Management, Program Managementor Business Management.
- Experience leading a team, either as a program manager, functional manager, or matrix manager.
- Current active Top Secret clearance with investigation within 6 years.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree
- Knowledge of Earned Value Management System (EVMS)
- High level of skill and experience with Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA) and Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of various NGAS reporting systems (SAP,MRP, Business Warehouse).
