    Job Description:
    The Program Integrator (PI) is a direct report to the Program Management Excellence (PMX) Program Planning & Support (PPS) Directorate and matrixed to the Javelin - Development Program Manager. Javelin is the world's most versatile and lethal one-man-portable, anti-tank, guided munition and surveillance weapon system. It is made by the Javelin Joint Venture, a partnership between Raytheon Company and Lockheed Martin. A premier light infantry surveillance and anti-armor weapon system, Javelin provides the U.S. Army, U.S. Marine Corps and numerous international customers a fire-and-forget, medium-range missile.

    The Program Integrator (PI) is responsible for direct engagement with the program team and functional partners, in pursuit of day to day program execution; advocating Program Management (PM) plans, processes, and business objectives; the implementation of PM best practices.
    In concert with the Program Manager, Key responsibilities include:
    Sets program strategy, vision and tactical direction for program execution by multi-functional team(s) and sub-contractors. In the absence of PM, is responsible for meeting contractual commitments including financial, technical, and schedule performance of assigned program(s) within contractual boundaries and company expectations. Develops program enhancing partnerships with internal functional organizations; such as contracts, finance, procurement, manufacturing, quality control, logistics, and administrative functions. Acts on behalf of the PM, convey to customer, program status and performance. Additionally, anticipates and fulfills customer needs to ensure their satisfaction and continued business. Develops and presents to senior management the program Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and long term financial outlook. Responsible for committing the program to specific financial goals and obligations in accordance with the program AOP. Sets budgetary guidelines and directs the performance of program task elements through internal functional partnership. Establishes standards and an executable program baseline using the approved business model and management tools. Manages the program risk and opportunity, in accordance with specific financial goals and obligations. Execute daily program cadence i.e., risk review boards, customer reviews, failure review boards, program milestones, and decision reviews to achieve contract commitmentsCollaborate with colleagues to ensure integrated master schedule aligns with program strategies, objectives, and milestonesResponsible for growing the program and its product(s) by ensuring ongoing customer funding of current contractual requirements, working with the customer to identify and fund further product enhancements Capture staffing projections and work with Control Account Managers (CAMs) to meet program goals and timelinesStay proficient in company policy and directive changes and any resulting implications that warrant change management facilitation
    Required Skills:
    A minimum of 8 years of business, program, or project management professional experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong business acumen to proactively identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently
    • Experience with financial analysis tools
    • Experience with project management tools/systems
    • Strong team player with ability to lead cross-functional teams
    • Ability to operate independently to navigate organizational complexities and to obtain resources (through influence) to move initiatives forward
    • Demonstrated ability to balance technical, cost, and schedule constraints to achieve customer satisfaction
    • Ability to address multiple issues and set priorities
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
    • Ability to travel domestically up to 20 percent
    • Candidate must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance

    • Desired Skills:

    • Raytheon Program Management certification Level 6 and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification; PM certification Level 5 or equivalent preferred
    • Experience in the Defense or Aerospace industry
    • Proposal capture experience
    • Working knowledge of contract formation and execution
    • Experience conducting international business
    • Demonstrated experience with Risk and Opportunity Management
    • Product lifecycle management experience
    • Earned Value Management certification
    • Proficiency with Program Management tool suite or similar systems
    • Experience supporting production - supply chain, engineering, operations, quality, or program management

    • Required Education:
      Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field from an institution accredited through a U.S. Department of Education approved agency is required.
      Master’s degree preferred.
