Job Duties and Responsibilities
As the Master Trainer, you will be required to formulate and implement the strategy necessary to effectively direct the organization’s education, training and
development programs to successfully meet the customer’s organizational goals. You will be responsible for developing and administering training curriculums for
employees, assessing training and development needs for organizations, creating training manuals, presenting in-person training sessions and monitoring training
for effectiveness. You will also guide and instruct the training staff in creating and delivering quality training products and events.
General Responsibilities:
• Provide guidance and standardization for Manages the day-to-day operations of training facilities located at various installations around the globe. Oversee training delivery at home station, temporary duty (TDY) locations and/or during field missions by way of Mobile Training Team (MTT).
• Provide leadership, collaboration and best practice synergies Partners with government and organizational leaders to identify needs for training, learning and development; oversees the development and implementation of new trainings as needed
• Advises senior leadership regarding initiatives and activities that promote maximum staff effectiveness
• Manage and oversee professional development path for all trainers, evaluations and progression.
• Ensures employee development programs are in line with customer support and create a positive impact on service quality
• Plans, executes and monitors learning initiatives that are aligned with the customer’s strategic goals, both immediate and long-range
• Key contributor and oversight responsibility to assist with development of new and changing technologies by improving curriculum for POIs.
Mandatory Skills Requirements:
• A Bachelor's Degree in education, organizational development or other comparable fields of study and a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in areas of academic and/or professional development. Proven ability to foster collaborative relationships regarding training, curriculum development for Army Units, instructional design and training media development, to include Interactive Multimedia Instruction (IMI).
• Minimum Secret Clearance
• Army Basic Instructor Course Certification and/or Small Group Instructor Certification
• Minimum 3 years working with C4ISR systems and/or programs
• Minimum 5 years curriculum development, to include Programs of Instruction (POI), Computer Based or Web Based Training products (CBT/WBT - SCORM 1.2 or SCORM 2004 compliant), video tutorials, simulations, On-the-Job Training (OJT), mentoring, etc
• Medically able of overseeing training delivered at a deployed location

Must be willing to travel 25% domestic and international
