Manager Product Support 1

Northrop Grumman Technology Services is seeking a Product Support Manager 1 for the training management of High-Altitude-Long-Endurance (HALE) and Medium-Altitude-Long-Endurance (MALE) training curriculum development, instruction, and sustainment of training materials. The successful candidate will have direct management and supervisory responsibilities for a team of instructional designers, training instructors, and multimedia development personnel. In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for the professional development of staff, assignment of work, schedules, day-to-day workflow, and operating costs to include program cost, schedule, and technical performance of specific training tasks across multiple customers foreign and domestic.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in appropriate discipline (training / management) and eight (8) years of specialized experience OR; twelve (12) years of recent relevant management experience in lieu of formal education.

  • 10+ years previous unmanned systems flight operations experience as a Pilot Instructor / Instructor Pilot / Pilot, Instructor Sensor Operator / Sensor Operator Instructor / Sensor Operator

  • Full working knowledge of training development practices and procedures for unmanned systems.

  • Current instructor certification minimum basic instructor qualification.

  • Active DoD Secret security clearance, or higher.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Unmanned Aviation / Aerospace Industry Field Operational Management Experience

  • Previous Program Project Scheduling / Coordination Experience

  • Training Technology Development Practical Experience

  • Recent Relevant Experience High-Demand / High-Visibility Work Environment

  • Instructor Pilot / Instructor Sensor Operator Unmanned Aircraft FAA Credentials
