Northrop Grumman's Aerospace Systems Sector is seeking aBusiness Manager to join our team for the B2 Airframe and Avionics IPT within the B2program of the Military Aircraft Systems (MAS) division. This position will be located in Palmdale, CA.The qualified applicant will report to the B2 director of Business Management and matrix to the Airframe and Avionics program IPT director. The Manager will partner with the program director and program managers to manage all financial aspects to achieve the business unit's financial and strategic objectives.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Coordinate and lead all business management functions and collaborate with contracts, pricing, accounting, cost management, GSC finance,financial planning and program scheduling
Provide financial business analysis and reporting with the ability to clearly communicate with senior management as it relates to financial program status and analyses
Develop business strategy and forecasting, through internal or external deliverables such as the Long Range Strategic Plan and the Annual Operating Plan
Oversee financial forecasting, work authorization, EV reporting, program budgeting, EAC development, and various financial reporting activities
Coordinate cost and schedule analyses and preparation of reports to ensure contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon cost and schedule parameters and government cost control guidelines
Coordinate with the program team and Pricing & Estimating to develop proposals, including review of RFP, FAR clauses, coordination with subcontractor flow-downs, basis of estimates, pricing strategies, cash management, negotiation strategy, and presentations to Senior Management
