Supports customer logistics requirements through the analysis, organization, planning, and administration of various phases of day-to-day provisioning, spares, maintenance, and/or repair activities
Core hours 0700-1500. Serve as a customer representative to validate weekly requirements. Must be able to assist with procurement request by providing guidance on proper software usage and appropriate policies and regulations that governs procurements. Must have the aptitude to learn how to use agency specific software to track and send various types of equipment for bi-weekly and infrequent shipments. Able to utilize basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jack, forklift, wrapping machine and have an understanding of inventory control. The LG must be able to validate shipping labels and address to include the use of bar coding. Must have great communication skills in order to work with mission partners to help track and expedite shipments as needed. Track purchase request through the supply chain life cycle and proactively provide updates to customers. Assist with infrequent office moves as needed by conducting surveys and request support. Must maintain all fleet maintenance records and schedule service as needed. |
