Title: Logistics Asset Manager (Internal Use Software (IUS) SME)

Location: McLean, VA/Reston, VA
Responsibilities
• Serve as the SME for topics relating to ODNI Internal Use Software (IUS) and related issues.
• Establish IUS training modules and administer to components via live and web based sessions as it pertains to IUS.
• Work closely with Logistics staff to complete various projects relating to asset management and to ensure sustained capabilities in all areas of asset management.
• Consult the Program Managers on processes and governance; identify gaps and make recommendations to improve upon asset management program shortfalls.
• Maintain and update IUS entries in the SOR on behalf of organizational components and ensure supporting documentation is accurate and complete.
• Generate and communicate quarterly data calls to ODNI components, compile and reconcile responses within the SOR and report responses to CFE as required.
• Provide data analysis and governance consulting for leadership briefings to provide recommendations for and to remediate audit findings, and provide updates.
• Support ODNl/MS Facilities & Logistics through consultation and generating responses to RFls pertaining to IUS audit findings and corrective action plans.
• Maintain and update Cycle memos, policy documents and IPD's relating to IUS.
• Provide support to the Asset Manager by performing tasks related to the annual FMFIA ICP testing and risk assessments program.
• Participate in multiple meetings with ODNI components, the DNl-CFE, IG auditors and asset managers to plan and respond to PP&E Audit related issues.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Asset Management, Accounting or Risk Management and three or more years of federal asset management experience. Alternatively, without a Bachelor's degree, the candidate must have eight (8) or more years of federal asset management experience.
• Knowledge of CIA and ODNI Asset Management systems.
• Extensive knowledge of Asset Management and Audit governance and best practices.
• Familiarity with Statement of Federal Financial Accounting Standards publications.
• Technical knowledge and skill in working with quantitative data, and in utilizing software tools including Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to handle multiple, demanding, and complex tasks in a timely manner with accurate results.

Desired Qualification
• Eight (8) or more years of federal asset management experience within the IC.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to tactfully brief senior level executives.
Work Schedule
• You are required to work 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday. Core work hours are 9:00 am EST to 3:00 PM EST.
